MARCH 23, 2020 AND MAY 12, 2020

Cares Act 30-Day Report
The CARES Act Higher Education Relief Fund provides funding to institution for emergency financial aid grants to students whose lives have been disrupted by the COVID-19. The 30-day report for Master’s Barber & Styling College is stated below for September 5, 2020. Master’s Barber & Styling College acknowledges and assures that:
A signed Certification and Agreement was returned to the U.S. Department on April 21, 2020. Master’s Barber & Styling College has or intends to use no less that the 50% of the total of the funds received.
The total amount of $13881.00 will be provided as Emergency Financial Aid Grants to the students pursuant to the institution Certification and Agreement.
$0 in Emergency Financial Aid Grants has been distributed to students under Section 1800 (a)(l) of the CARES Act as of September 5, 2020 submission (i.e., as of the 30-day Report and every 45 days thereafter).
The estimated total number of students that attend Master’s
Barber & Styling
College eligible to participate in programs
under Section 484 in Title IV
the Higher Education Act of 1965, and have been deemed eligible to receive Emergency Financial Aid grants to students is 18 as of May 12, 2020 under the Section 18004
(a)(l) of the CARES
act.
As of September 5, 2020, the total number of students that have received an Emergency Financial Aid Grant are O under Section 1800 (a)(l) of the CARES Act.

Criteria used by the school to determine eligibility, only currently enrolled students whose dates of attendance fell within the eligibility timeline March 23,2020 through May 12,2020 who were:
a. actively participating in their contracted programs during the eligibility timeline March 23,2020 through May 12,2020, and
b. in good standing with Satisfactory Academic Progress during the eligibility timeline March 23, 2020 through May 12,2020; and
c. who have completed and submitted all necessary requests for aid and required documentation to the financial aid director by September 23,2020.
Eligible students will receive one (1) grant disbursed starting mid -September/October 2020
Eligibility Timeline: March 23, 2020 thru May 12,2020
The amount the eligible students would receive are: Based on the equal division of available student- based funds among the number of students eligible during time frame listed above. We believe this will lead to the fastest and most direct distribution of funds to those who are eligible.

This application permits students to apply for these need-based grants. Master’s Barber & Styling College administration will use the information you provide here to determine your eligibility for a grant and the amount for which you will be eligible. Each student will be eligible for only one(1) grant which and one (1) application will be considered per student.
Please fill out application neatly and completely and provide completed form to the financial aid office no later than September 23,2020 for processing.
